Seaside Sea Side Salsa “From Seed to Salsa!”

Saucy Jim has been working on this recipe for 25 years. Friends and Family have been the best and worst critics, as you would imagine, but with a positive result; a delicious, addictive salsa!

The basic store bought salsas are okay but many are watery and lack lustre in flavour. Souris Sea Side Salsa has no less than 13 full flavoured ingredients; all of which you can pronounce! Our salsa is thick & chunky, and all vegetable ingredients grown right on our sea side farm in Souris, PEI. These farm fresh ingredients are then processed by Jim onsite in our Cannery!
